Had our bathroom redesigned recently and it was a pleasure to deal with Keith and his team. Due to a manufacturer error there was a slight delay in completing but communication was great all the way and the team went out of their way to get things tied up as quickly as possible. Highly recommended.

OMG I had been informed of a similar situation were my child was in the shop with my sister. Kieth abruptly shouted at my child as she said he was eating a packet of crisps to loudly. When my sister complained she was ejected from the shop quite roughly and told to get a shower.

Was in there with my 2 kids trying to get info on a new sink, my child spilled his Ribena drink on the floor and this Keith guy had the audacity to slap my child across the face REALLY hard!! when I accosted him about this he called me a scouse so and so!!! the police are involved!!!! STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE THE WELLBEING OF YOUR CHILDREN.

The whole process from initial concept, through detail design development & installation with Keith was a complete joy. Keiths attention to detail is simply something you do not get from high street providers. The term dream kitchen can be over used but we really have just that.

Keith and team were willing to do a partial refurbishment of our kitchen - worktops, new hob and oven, some new cabinets. He gave helpful advice when we chose the new worktop material - there are so many to choose from. The work was of high quality and met our timescales. We liked the complementary pans and the discount for members of the local residents' association. Highly recommended.

It was over two years ago when we got our kitchen installed by Keith. The kitchen has been approved for its excellences in quality and conveniences. Keith's design is absolutely brilliant for the everyday use. He also offered some fab ideas to our bathroom refurbishment at the time. Huge thanks to you - Keith!

Keith Taylor designed and installed our Keller kitchen 12 years ago. It still looks fantastic 12 years on. The lesson from this is quality counts. Even after 12 years, when we needed some slight adjustments to carousel corner unit, Keith was happy to help us. He sent Sean to sort it and within 10 minutes the problem was rectified. 1st class service!!
