Our team has a hugely diverse set of skills but we share a common goal - to make buildings and the people in those buildings, happy. James steers both Darenth Valley and sister company D Hammond and is ultimately responsible for the companies' performance and direction. Paul works closely alongside James and the management teams, assisting in planning and managing budgets and looking for financial improvements across the group.
