OSB Boards
Oriented Strand Board provides a cost-effective alternative to plywood with comparable structural strength. Our OSB-3 and OSB-3 T&G panels meet rigorous construction standards for roofing, flooring, and wall sheathing applications. Manufactured using moisture-resistant resin adhesives, these boards offer excellent load-bearing capacity while maintaining dimensional stability in varied environmental conditions.
MDF Sheets
Medium Density Fibreboard available in standard, moisture-resistant, and fire-retardant grades. Our MDF products provide consistent quality for furniture making, cabinetry, and interior fit-outs. Specialised variants include melamine-faced boards for durable surfaces and external-grade MDF suitable for outdoor applications when properly sealed.
Plywood Supply
Comprehensive range of exterior-grade plywood including birch, marine, and flexible plywood options. Available in various thicknesses and surface finishes to meet construction, furniture-making, and industrial requirements. Our plywood maintains structural integrity while offering superior resistance to moisture and warping compared to solid wood panels.
Chipboard Products
Cost-effective chipboard solutions in standard, furniture-grade, moisture-resistant, and flooring variants. Our T&G chipboard provides interlocking panels for subfloor applications while maintaining dimensional stability. Available with decorative veneers for visible surfaces in cabinetry and furniture construction projects.
Timber & Decking

Our treated timber products offer enhanced durability for outdoor projects while untreated options provide versatile material for interior construction and DIY applications across Manchester and the North West.

We are absolutely delighted with the quality and finish of our plykea kitchen. As others have commented, the customer service we have received has been brilliant. Ikea had used incorrect measurements from our architects design and plykea were able to make some speedu changes to a unit after the delivery which we really appreciated !

Plykea supplied a sizeable worktop and backsplash for a new kitchen installation. During the order process, suggestions from the contact enabled me to save a significant amount of money by slightly adjusting sizes to get the required pieces from less sheets of plywood, reducing wasteage.
Worktops arrived on time and in good condition.

We really can't fault the experience with Plykea. Their customer service from start to finish (even after finish) was excellent. They talked us through the process, and were patient through many many changes, and even replaced a small panel that was damaged by the installer. The system is great, and the products look and feel really good quality.

An excellent experience using Plykea from start to finish. From the easy to understand visual quote (using our IKEA kitchen planner design) to the well managed delivery, I was impressed with their attention to detail and care that goes into making the Plykea Kitchen fronts. We were very happy with our kitchen and they surprisingly managed to get everything made on time as discussed when I placed the order, even during COVID.

Great product, really good workmanship, good comms in terms of when to expect order, perfect order despite it being quite complicated. They even sent an infill piece free of charge when there was a gap left by the oven. Would highly recommend - a great way of getting a lovely looking kitchen for a very reasonable price. Oh and a tip - I used the cutouts from the cooker/sink to make shelves.
