I contacted Crown following recommendation from a local surveyor to look at some issues in a grade II listed building me and my wife are buying. They attended at the date and time agreed and phoned through immediately following the visit, sending a video of relevent detail on WhatsApp later the same day. They were candid, clear and professional. I am writing this due to the exceptionally good service, expertise demonstrated and professional approach and on my experience would recommend without hesitation.

I just bought a property recently,
I thought the first thing to do was the damp proofing,
But as expected there was a lot of delays on my side due hidden problems.
Dave was very understanding and waited for me to catch up with my side. Now its done I am very happy with Dave's work. Very clean and tidy up each day during the work

Dave came round and completed the survey needed, explained everything, turned up on date and time arranged and gave a great price for the work to be done without any hidden costs. We have just had our living room damp proofed and would highly recommend. We were able to arrange the quote and a date to suit us all in a prompt manner and the top quality work was carried out in a timely and covid safe manner. We have some more work to be done and as soon as we raise the funds we will be delighted to get Dave and his team back to complete it.
