We had a manual up and over garage door for over 16 years and the wife was finding it increasingly difficult to open. We started looking for replacement options in Nov 21 and decided that an electric door would be most suitable. We received numerous quotes (as you do) and all were competitive. Neighbours had recommended we try John Glenn as they'd used them in their previous property. We visited their showroom in Swansea and this was the deal breaker for us. Had a new motor fitted less than 12 month's ago. I have had problems closing the door for the past few months. I phoned the company and was told that it would have to be reset and I would have to pay a call out charge. I am disappointed considering I paid 375 for a new motor
