No stars! Technically we didnt actually use them. We tried. Again. And again. And again. If you can get them to answer the phone it will be a miracle. And if that miracle should happen and they actually answer the phone, dont hold your breath waiting for the promised return call - it will never come. They are truly the worst company youll ever deal with. Ive never had to deal with anyone so unprofessional, ever. Just save your phone bill, your blood pressure and your sanity and go elsewhere. Today is 2 August and weve been trying to sort out a problem with them since April. Good

Harris Pools is the worst firm I have ever dealt with. To be clear, not the worst pool maintenance firm, the worst firm in any field of business. They came, wrecked my pool and then never contacted me again. I phoned them every day for a week; most of the time nobdy answered, when somebody did by accident, they promised to get back to me but surprise, surprise never did. I should really have sued them for the damage, but instead have had to get another company to repair what they had done. I will not be paying them, although to be fair they can't even be bothered to ask. I mentioned my experience
