In the process of buying an old Victorian house with a lot of work needed. I already had a good idea of the work required to bring it back to its former glory. Jeff carried out a very thorough building survey that helped to confirm my thoughts and alleviate my concerns regarding problem areas of the house. His information has also been useful in getting the RIGHT tradespeople. Some tradespeople will tell you anything, so it's peace of mind having a report from a building surveyor which specifies exactly what remedial work is required.
