We have worked with Richard and his team on numerous projects all over Surrey and never fail to be impressed. Richard has a knack of always finding a way to navigate through the pitfalls of gaining consent and then creating a bespoke design for each opportunity.

Nye Saunders oversaw the design and build scheme from start to finish of our Grade 2 listed building. From liaison with the local boroughs heritage department, through to the tendering process & contractor management, we could not recommend them highly enough. - The team made a complicated process feel very straight forward and the outcome exceeded our expectations. - Dave Hanson. We had worked with Mark before and loved the work he did for us on our former home. When we bought a new home that we wanted to extend and fundamentally re configure we didnt think twice about getting in touch with Mark at Nye Saunders . He worked closely with us in developing our ideas and presented a design that reflected exactly what we wanted. He then set about refining the detail , obtaining Planning Permission, a straight forward process. Mark is very easy to work with, constructive and attentive . The project has taken 11 months but he has kept us completely up to speed . A long time
