When I contacted Nina for some advice regarding an issue I was having with a valuation report that had been carried out by another Surveyor on my property, she was quick to respond and very helpful with her comments. When I asked her if she could produce a new valuation report at short notice to replace the first one, she had no hesitation in assisting me and worked around the clock to turn around the report in the timescale required. Not only that, when we encountered an issue with the shared ownership aspect of the house, she was quick to update the report to reflect the housing associations

Nina Robinson was engaged to produce a 'snagging list' survey of a new property we were buying. This resulted in the production of a concise, comprehensive report detailing a list of issues that needed to be resolved by the builder prior to completion of purchase. The report was factual and evidence based and was useful to get the snags resolved. In conclusion, excellent service at a reasonable price. No hesitation in recommending Nina's services.

We were very pleased with the efficiency and quality of the historic building survey prepared by Nina at Chiltern Associates for our 17C cottage in Hadleigh. It enabled us to proceed with the purchase with our "eyes open" to the work that will be required. Following her suggestion, prior to exchange, we also sought advice from a builder experienced with timber framed houses. This review confirmed the points raised by Nina and how we should approach the project.

Excellent service from Mrs Robinson. The first valuation was very professional and I received the report within good time. Due to unforseen circumstances we needed a further desktop report at very short notice. Mrs Robinson was able to help with this immediately and provided within short notice which helped us complete on our mortgage. Would highly recommend.
