Had an emergency repair on a fire door which was fitted with a Geze door closer. The lady on the phone was very helpful, and very nice. Required parts were in stock, despatched promptly, and arrived in good time.

You learn a lot about a company when problems come up, and Doorstuff dealt with my delivery problems really well. They immediately refunded the next day service that didn't happen (not their fault) and resent the item ASAP. Handled my frustrations in a very cam and polite manner. Thanks!
