We have used services of Origin Custom Homes for architectural drawings of our property and found Shivraj (Architect) very through and professional. He arranged meetings with us to discuss everything in detail and suggested several good ideas to improve drawings.I would highly recommend them.

Shiv is very professional and easy to work with, he smoothly got our planning permission approved and worked with us throughout our project. He worked with us on the design and is very knowledgable throughout, Richmond council are usually difficult to work with, but Shiv managed it very well. We definitely will recommend him to our friends and family.

I needed to get drawings done for a Loft Conversion and found Shiv by chance. All I can say is that I was very fortunate as not only was he competitive but he took what I perceived to be a routine mundane job and made it a whole lot more interesting. He clearly has the technical skills but also has excellent people skills and is a real gentleman. He is a credit to his profession and his family and I would have no hesitation in recommending Shiv for anyone looking to get plans done.

We recently appointed origin home customs to help us obtain our planning permission for the loft, double storey side, double storey rear and 6metre rear. The advise that Shiv gave us from the start till the end was fantastic! His communication is really amazing! Drawing skills and knowledge in permissions is phenomenal! I would highly recommend origin home customs! I look forward to using them again in the future. Keep up the amazing work!

I recently appointed Origin to obtain planning permission for a loft conversion as well as a new build. So far Shiv has been great, a couple months in and we have been given permission for our loft. I would highly recommend Origin as they provide a quote and stick to it unlike some other companies. Whats better is Shiv makes time for his clients and helps at every step along the way, which is great if you are new to the whole process.
