Excellent service! I contacted Speedy Products Ltd after a split appeared in one of their blind cord locking mechanisms. After a couple of polite email replies, a new part was posted out and arrived the next day. So thank you Gem and the rest of the team for providing top customer service!

Bought a Roman blind from Speedy and made an error by cutting the chain incorrectly.
Spoke with Nicky at Speedy who was a delight. Sent me a replacement chain next day, free of charge and the blind now works, and looks, great. Super product, great price and after sales service is the best I've had. If you're thinking of buying blinds, head for Speedy.

On the advice of my retailer I contacted Speedy Products to try to obtain
2 stop ens for my curtain rail. Nicky from purchasing took my call and was
extremely helpful . I received the items, free of charge within 48 hours.
