A 1m job for them was not enough to be given a professional service. We had an awful manager who could not help but lie over and over, so many things still falling apart and parts incomplete. They had bigger jobs overlap incl the boss so the decent lads were pulled off site at our end. No matter how many times we flagged issues esp with the young site manager, wed get no response. One time I called the office asking to meet and was told I would have to travel to their office as they were busy!
When I flagged about two incidences of uncalled behaviour by two blokes (one of sexual nature and the other taking the mic behind my back I was told what do you expect from blokes in this industry. Awful experience. Even the owner ignored my please, plus one chap spilled a monster drink all over my (new) bedroom carpet, which the site manager ignored, so after weeks of chasing the stain could not be removed and again the company ignored please to replace the carpet. TV smashed by one guy which I was told would be easier for me to replace so had to do that. Quotes do basic jobs were suddenly over quoteda terrible company
