Beneath every building earmarked for demolition or site awaiting clearance is a raft of regulations and permissions, which we handle from beginning to end. James Berry oversees projects personally, from handling demolition notices, site, safety and volumetric surveys, and leading his team on site. We dismantle structures with plant and by hand, remove old foundations and trees (if necessary), and earmark materials for re-use or recycling.

We've consequently completed many projects, from major agricultural works to small stables. We're very aware of environmental concerns, based as we are near the M6 but in a rural location. Demolition is a constructive task requiring care and experience, we'll even manage to keep fragile stained-glass windows intact. Tiles, timber beams, sills, stonework, and bricks, all are kept for re-use.
