The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a government energy efficiency scheme in Great Britain to help reduce carbon emissions and tackle fuel poverty. One of the schemes objectives is to replace inefficient or broken heating systems and upgrade insulation measures. To qualify for ECO funding you need to be on a benefit or tax credit - most qualify; including child benefit.
