Bought our hot tub from Goodwins over 6 years ago. Never had any problems. Every time we go in and buy our chemicals we've had great friendly service.

When you decide to invest in a hot tub, you expect a high quality product. So, we received a high quality product, but the amazing part of this purchase was the unexpected fantastic service.

Well where to start with Goodwins! Firstly the friendly staff and knowledge of everyone is outstanding. However Dave who looked after me when buying a hot tub is excellent he knows his stuff and you feel totally safe with him and just know if you ever have a problem you will have his full back up and will do whatever to sort things out! If you need a Hot tub or tools and youre in Kent this is the place to go its worth traveling the distance if you not local to come here!! Thanks Dave and the team!!! Will recommend to anyone

Such a good selection of Christmas lights in store, even more if you go outback. The staff are lovely. Really good customer service, from entering the shop to having the decorations loaded into my car. A big thank you to all who helped me in store today.
