Absolutely awful experience. spent nearly 1000 on french doors which soon started to discolour as water penetrated the pre finish and the hinges started to rust. when we complained we were told that we should expect this as the doors were not within a porch, although they are sold as exterior doors. further complaints fell on deaf ears as they hid behind the wording of their guarantee, even though we got an independant company to provide a report which said that the damage was caused by the poor quality of the joints. never go there again.

Really helpfull staff i didnt know too much they explained everything thoroughly even recommended a good joiner as i live in the area they are based.
so happy with my doors i definitely recommend emerald to all my friends, we get compliments all the time as well.
