Rubberbond Roofing
Our Rubberbond EPDM flat roofing systems provide durable, weather-resistant solutions that do not crack or deteriorate over time. Ideal for extensions and flat roofs, these installations include hidden ventilation to prevent damp. Backed by Insurance Backed Guarantees, our work ensures long-term protection and peace of mind for homeowners.
Fascias & Soffits
We install Swish UPVC fascia and soffit systems with integrated ventilation to prevent rot and damp. Our expert team removes old materials, replaces them with high-quality components, and offers options like leaf guards. This service enhances both the aesthetics and structural integrity of your property.
Cladding
Cladding transforms properties with cost-effective, weather-resistant finishes. We use premium materials to upgrade exteriors, replacing outdated tiles or timber with modern, low-maintenance solutions. Projects include colour-matched options and complementary porch enhancements.
Garden Rooms
Our garden rooms provide versatile living spaces, from home offices to social areas. Constructed with durable materials, these structures are designed to blend seamlessly with existing architecture. We handle full installations, including foundations, roofing, and finishing touches.
Lantern Roofs
Lantern roofs add light and elegance to extensions or conservatories. We install robust frameworks with Rubberbond or tiled finishes, ensuring energy efficiency and aesthetic appeal. This service includes structural support, waterproofing, and custom design options to match property styles.

Having suffered a fall through my garage roof whilst cleaning moss which had been acting as a sponge allowing the joint between garage and my flat roof extension to leak it was obvious drastic action was required to rectify the huge hole I left in the garage roof and the flat roof felt. Russell came up with a solution to replace the whole corrugated roof on my garage and completely remove the existing roof on my extension and replace it with EPDM on the flat roof bringing an overlap inside my garage to permanently seal the roofs as one. OMG! Couldn't be happier with my new guttering and down pipes fitted expertly, quickly with no mess and no drama. Really lovely polite group of fitters. Price paid was as quoted which was very very competitive and why I will always use and recommend Ideal Home Improvements! Need a few new windows next. I'll be in touch.
