We were badly let down by this company, particularly by the “sales prevention officer” whom I will not name. She sold, to a third party, a piece of granite that I had reserved with her in person, after three visits to select the right piece. Every cloud has a silver lining however, we discovered Natural Stone surfaces in Chapel en le Frith who were fantastic in their professionalism and customer service. Both sadly lacking at Whitby granite.
