Trustworthy and professional. I was looking to replace my old (35-40 years), inefficient boiler. After doing the usual internet search and some input from friends I was advised that I look for Boiler engineers recommended by boiler manufacturers like Worcester or Valiant. I did this and got few Boiler engineers recommended by Worcester and few by Valiant to visit and do a quote for me. Different engineers had different views on what can be done and what not.
