Micheal and Adam came round my house to fix my issue with my downstairs lights which stopped working. They were on time and made sure that the job was completed by fitting 4 lights, and fixing my issue with my downstairs lights. I'll defiantly be using Arcbright next time I have an electrical issue.

Michael and his friendly and professional team fitted three outside lights and an outside plug socket. He kept me up to date with when he would be able to do the job (and when he wouldn't due to weather conditions!) and what he was going to do. He sent over details of the lights to be fitted to check whether I was happy with them, and consulted with me throughout the job to make sure everything went where I wanted it. He approached the job as though it were on his own house - keeping the area tidy, being respectful to neighbours, and making it look as presentable as possible. Disruption was kept

Extremely pleased with Michaels work. Very professional. The cooker hood was quite awkward to install. I also had two broken sockets which Michael fixed at no extra charge. I would highly recommend this company.

The electrician arrived dead on time. Fault was found within two minutes and repaired in three. He refused any payment which is so so rare nowadays and I would be more than happy to recommend him to anyone. Have kept his card for future use.
