Richard recently installed a new boiler and radiators in our house. We needed the boiler moved downstairs and two brand new radiators in the loft which required pipe work to be put in the loft. From the initial quote to the work been complete Richard has been very professional. We were replacing a 30 years + old boiler and he talked through our different options and provided a quote for each option. Having received a previous quote Richards quote was fair and good value. The work itself is great. We have a nice toasty house wheras previously it was pot luck depending on how the boiler and radiators

Very Happy with our New Worcester Bosch Gas Boiler installation
From the very prompt response to our enquiry and a very quick reply with a quotation we were very impressed with Richard. As well as being very competitive on price he was also the most informative and understanding contractor that provided a quotation. The work was done on the agreed date within the agreed timescale to our full satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble for Richard and minor amendments to the arrangement of the piping were made without complaint or extra cost. Being in the service Industry myself I really appreciated

We initially used this company to service and repair our oil fired boiler. Richard came out to us, performed the service and managed to patch up the boiler. We were already aware that the boiler was old and would need replacing soon, which Richard confirmed. Unfortunately a couple of months later the boiler started to fail again. Richard kindly came back out to try to get it working again so we could get by until we got a new boiler. He managed to get it to limp along for another couple of months until we got a new boiler. Richard installed the new boiler last week.
