Dust Reclamation

The production of ready mix concrete can be a very dusty process with a high impact on the atmosphere. From the delivery of our raw materials such as cement delivered by a tanker every day, to the batching process at the production plant. After a large investment in new equipment, our silos now use an intelligent silo protection system, this ensures all of our filtration systems are working and prevents cement dust from entering the atmosphere.
Waste Concrete

We offer a no return charge service on all concrete orders, this means you only use what you need. On a daily basis our vehicles return to the plant with left over, unused concrete, to many other suppliers this isn't an option, however, at Wotmix this is NO problem! 100% of the concrete returned is reused in the production of our concrete interlocking blocks, however, we have to ensure the concrete is to a minimum strength.
No Return Charges

Some ready-mix suppliers insist you empty the delivery truck of every last bit on return to the plant, if not return load charges can be very expensive or they can leave you with big a problem. Well with Wotmix there's no problem, we understand foundations and ground slabs can be very difficult to calculate the volume you need.
