Had a problem with our tumble dryer. Called them on Monday and by 10.30 the next day, sorted.
Fantastic service and didn't break the bank - will definitly use them again if we have any more break downs

Called late afternoon when washer/dryer stopped working with a whole machine full of clothes stuck inside. He was very professional advised what the problem might be. Gave a fixed call out fee and a idea of cost to repair. He arrived on time the following morning and had the machine working in less than 20 mins. Fault was what he thought it was over the phone and he charged what he'd said. Very reasonable charges and quick, professional work done . Hotpoint were wanting to charge me 4 times what Simon did for just a call out. Would highly recommend this company and if I have any future problems

Simon came out this morning to look at our washer which was making some rather unusual noises. Took the washer out cleaned filters and did test runs and checks. Turns out there was nothing wrong with it which was a relief but can't fault the service either way. Fair price paid for his work
