Very poor quality finish, the mahogany wood grain finish is peeling off and blistering. They claim to be the best in Europe which was why I chose them but they are rubbish.

I am now on Garage Door Number FIVE, all five have had rubbing issues as per pictures, Novoferm have replaced the doors under warranty but the replacement door have the same issues. Basically not fit for purpose!
Shame I have to give any stars as they are not warranted.

Terrible customer service so far, over 3 months trying to get an answer on the security of a customers garage door to be ignored now and not passed on to Andy who hasn't replied and is now not taking my calls

Stay away from Novoferm. Their Their Terms and conditions are designed to screw the customer. Their 10 warranty on the ‘safe and reliable operation’ of their garage doors is ONLY on the condition you carry out expensive annual services by the company that installed them for you. If you don’t have this done you are only covered for 5 years for… manufacturing defects, 3 years for the control unit and 2 years for the remote control units. NO warranty is provided for wear and tear which is down to them to benchmark and gauge. This caused us a major problem with Novoferm due
