Less than a year old the main control board has gone faulty leaving me with no hot tub for 6 weeks which at this point I had had to cancel a birthday party not have the use for mental heath reasons to find the part they said was out of stock was in stock but I only found this out by taking it in to my own hands and contacting their supplier direct… which they had already spoke to ... no compensation for all the stress and inconvenience, It was due its first service and I asked would they honer this in respect of all the mess up on THEIR PART for what I had endured..No, not even a bottle

Service manager supposed to ring not heard anything. Very happy to take your money. But not very quick to repair a brand new item. Be very careful where you buy from.
