We have just had new cupboards doors and drawers including worktops and the kitchen looks absolutely fantastic. Everyone seems surprised when we say that we kept the original carcases to keep the costs down. A great team at all stages of the process with very clear communication around timescales. We could not have asked for more and would highly recommend.

All stages of the process were well managed and easy to understand, once a decision was made to go ahead the rep and his colleagues went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly. The installer arrived on time and the work was completed satisfactorily, although within a few days a small problem emerged but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently

Great service from start to finish. Raff, the surveyor, was quick, pleasant, and super efficient. Fitting day arrived, and Will turned up prompt and commenced work straight away; he was brilliant, quick, efficient, and very pleasant throughout. All questions were answered in a non-condescending manner. Everything was left in a clean and orderly fashion. Rubbish was cleared away and duly collected at the time specified. Brilliant service from start to finish.

Micheal from joes doors came and did a professional survey and there was no hard selling and he gave what seemed sensible guidance on what should replace our old wooden surfaces. We were told in 4 weeks time our surfaces would be made and ready to fit but within a week and a half we got a call saying our quartz tops were ready. On the day of fitting the 2 chaps came and did a great job and left everything clean and today and the tops are great quality and really refresh an old fashioned kitchen and make it much more practical to use. Thank you

From start to finish this was a well managed efficient experience. Our fitter Andy worked hard & completed our worktop overlays in one day when 2 had been set aside. The worktops have completely transformed our kitchen & utility room. I feel like I've got a completely new kitchen. If I could give more stars I would. Well done to all at Quartzize from admin & to all who visited our home.

Jake, the Quartzize installer, installed our quartz worktops and new sink last Thursday. He did an excellent professional job. The issues I had concerns about were all addressed without me needing to bring them up with Jake.
The kitchen now appears great, and I would highly recommend this company, as they provided a thorough and satisfactory service, covering all aspects of the installation, including the things that I had initially been unsure about, which were resolved efficiently by Jake.

Adrian and Max did a fantastic job on our kitchen. They worked 10 hours x 4 days and only stopped 10 minutes for lunch. We are really pleased with the standard of work and congratulate them on the invisible joints on the worktops and splashbacks. We now have a show house kitchen and utility room. Would recommend Quartzize as cupboards, worktops and fitters were excellent.

Went by good reviews which I regret. Poor quality worktops needing replacing (and bathroom worktop not completed 6+ months later and only half worktops replaced even though same batch), total lack of customer service, accepting responsibility and meaningful apologies. Obtained Partner's name and telephone (refusal to give this out by company). Spoke to him. Met with patronisation, rudeness and interruptions. Company ethos is demonstrated by those at the top!

Extremely poor customer service. The saga began on 4th May when fitting of worktop and replacement cupboard doors was booked. Worktop for island arrived too small. Surveyor had calculated measurements wrong. Rest of worktops and sink fitted. Though no cupboards were delivered.
New fitting date arranged for 17th May - needed to phone several times to get delivery date as no contact from Quartzize themselves as they promised.
17th May. 2 fitters (original guys) arrived and fitted new island worktop. 2 more fitters came to fit cupboard doors. When fitted I noticed they did not match my existing

Over the moon with my new quartz overlay counter tops in Crema Argento. The whole process has been so easy and all people involved adhered to Covid restrictions. Kalem and James who fitted the counter tops today did a brilliant job. They arrived on time, were very courteous and informative. They also plumbed in a beautiful new butlers sink and tap to finish the look. The kitchen was left very clean and tidy. My kitchen has been transformed and looks brand new. Would definitely recommend.

James and Stuart came to my house at 8 a.m today September 16th and left at 8.30.p.m.
They were fantastic workers.. so professional and the quality of their workmanship is the best I have ever seen.
They wanted to finish up and see it all done today to save me another day of upheaval.
I can't thank them enough for cleaning up and putting everything back in its place.
I highly recommend this company for all kitchen re- vamps.

Are this company real? I paid half the amount for my utility room to be done, and requested samples of the worktops 3 times over 2 months. The work has been cancelled twice due to the samples not arriving and now I am having to chase for a refund but people you need to speak to are never available to take your call, with no explanation as to why not?
