Living upstairs from work being done, they stopped work at 2230pm on two consecutive nights. How a company is allowing their engineers to work this late and cause disruption to neighbours is unbelievable. One of these days was Good Friday, so much for getting any peace on a long weekend.

The last time I called them to fit a new shower valve they came and found I'd got the wrong part. They returned the next week to fit the correct part at no extra cost for wasted visit and very helpful.

We have used this company for nearly thirty years, since we moved to Swindon in 1997. They have never let us down and always come when they say they will, do what they say they will do and definitely do NOT overcharge. If you want a family run, excellent heating company look no further.

Moved into a new property with no boiler service history and nothing had been maintained. They've repaired the boiler, and down to no fault of theirs I was 50 short as I thought I would be able to pay by card. They kindly had no problem with this, did the work, and said they'd come back another day to finish the last touches and collect the owed amount.
