Excellent service from beginning to end. We had a suite of badly neglected floors to clean.
Shaun arrived on time to survey, walked us through the job carefully and meticulously. He was honest in his estimate of how successful the job would be, given considerable staining in some areas. He then turned up on time on the day and did an excellent, tidy job. Can't recommend him enough. Will definitely use him again. Trusting tradesmen can be difficult, but Shaun did a great job and we couldn't be happier.
