Shaf was great to work with and helped us achieve exactly the kitchen we wanted. He provided plenty of practical advice. whilst designing the kitchen in store, and was easily contactable by phone later on. Everything arrived when he said it would and there were no issues of note.
Mario, who fitted the kitchen, did an excellent job and was very easy to get along with, whilst also doing his best to accommodate any requests/ decisions from us. Tidy and done on time. All in all, a great place to go for a new kitchen.

Excellent service, great product and lots of practical advice. Shaf was willing to work within constraints of existing worktop, which we wanted to keep. Kitchen fitter, Mario, excellent, practical solutions and great attention to detail. Very happy to recommend London Koncepts.

Exceptional, faultless service- 100% recommend. I got my kitchen and two bathrooms through London Koncepts and they are exactly what I wanted (if not better!). The quality of the kitchen is much better than any I had seen in other kitchen stores yet the price was very similar.
Shaf has been amazing throughout, project managing everything through covid when Ive not been able to be at the property myself. His designs were well thought through and made the best use of the space, and seeing it all come to life and looking exactly like the designs has been fantastic. I cant recommend London

We were recommended to visit London Koncepts, which happens to be up the road from us. We visited the shop pre-lockdown in 2020. We have a complicated shape, where there is almost no right angle, but our architect and London Koncepts could collaborate and designed our kitchen with customisation. The design phase was very enjoyable; there were lots of physical samples onsite that we could touch and look. We received plans for the kitchen before we put our deposits down. The German kitchen arrived in flatpacks, Instructions were easy to read even for our polish joiner who commands limited English

100% recommend - Shaf provided a seamless service, from start to end. My kitchen was designed, ordered and fitted with minimal stress or faff and I am absolutely delighted with the end result.
Shaf spent a significant amount of time with me ensuring that the design was well-thought through (always providing impartial advice), functional, met my budget requirements and was aesthetically pleasing.
also set me up with one of his trusted builders (Mario) to fit the kitchen and do some extra pieces of work that I required (I should add that I have never met such a clean and tidy tradesman!)
