Booked in a scaffold a few weeks in advance, phoned the day before it was due to be built to make sure all was ok only for the owner to hang up the phone on me! I tried calling back and sent messages both of which were ignored. Very unprofessional and caused me a lot of wasted time but I was happy as I got it a lot cheaper.

After looking around for a firm to do the scaffolding for me to re roof my house I was amazed at the service provided by these guys. From the initial Facebook message I sent to the quote I received and the appearance and professionalism of all the lads. The boys were constantly smiling and seemed more than happy to accommodate all my needs. I will use again and again

It's always a jungle not knowing which tradesmen to use , but so glad I chose PR Jones scaffolding for my temprary roof. They turned up when they said they would in smart, clean lorries, obviously taking a pride in their work and polite with it (ot your usual building site language ), a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend them and not hesitate to use them again if needed !
