I was after a local contractor in Potters Bar in order to install an A/C unit on my property. I am very pleased with the service, from the moment I fired an email trying to get some sort of quote and expected timeframes-till the installation and delivery of the service. Very nice people, friendly professional and the installation in terms of technique was up to the standards. The crew did whatever possible so that it does not create extra damage to the property or make changes that would be bad on the aesthetics of the wall. Very happy and I would highly recommend Steve and the whole team.

We are really pleased with Orbital who carried out the installation of our A/C at our offices in Hatfield. A really professional response from their Director Steve from sending us a competitive quote, communicating with us all along the way and a quick, impressive installation on a Saturday whist our offices were in use. We would recommend their services to anyone that is looking to have any type of climate solution. We hired an excellent air conditioning unit, last year, and have since turned to Orbital for the installation of our new Air Source Heat Pump (system) They are competitively priced and highly professional! Here's hoping we can start cutting down on our carbon emissions AND save some money :)

I would like to feedback on your Technicians who came to our desk today. We have had problems with our units for some time and as soon as the guys arrived they realised what the problem was straight away. They demonstrated knowledge, worked quickly and efficiently to correct the problem and we would highly recommend the Orbital team.
