Just had our bifold doors installed and I have to say Im thrilled. Damon has the personal approach to his customers and gives you his frank and personal view on how to get what your looking for. Damon was one of the cheapest but definitely not lacking in quality. From the initial order through to delivery and after installation he was checking in and making sure all was ok. As for the installers he uses we cannot praise them enough. S&R Precision Installation are brilliant, thorough, professional and hard working and know what they are doing. Will deffo be coming back to have our windows done

We had been thinking for some time about replacing our windows with larger 'picture' windows and had been let down by several local window companies until we contacted Brighter Choice. Damon and Rachel have been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the process. From initial consultation and discussions about what we were looking for, they… both shared their extensive knowledge and experience with us and helped us decide on design. Their attention to detail and personal level of service gave us the confidence to progress. Once we had placed an order we were kept up to date with manufacturing

We were looking to replace our patio doors with bi-fold doors and came across Brighter Choice thanks to their excellent website which offers really helpful videos on their products, options available and the ability to obtain an instant quotation on bi-fold doors which is a useful and accurate guide. Having dealt with and used the large corporates for doors, windows and conservatories over the years we decided to talk to Brighter Choice to compare their products, prices and service. It didnt take us too long to choose Brighter Choice, the difference quite frankly is like night and day. My experience

We LOVE our beautiful new bifold doors! Damon and Rachel have been so amazing with the sales advice and services. The delivery is good, quality of the frames and glazing are great, and the sliding mechanism is… super smooth for such heavy doors. We engaged the installation team recommended by Damon and are very pleased with the product. They are our obvious choice if we need another set of bifold doors in the future!

Will definitely be using Brighter Choice again and cannot recommend Damon and Rachel enough. They were very informative and knowledgeable when we were thinking about going for sets of Bifold doors for our… extension. They were by no means pushy and were very honest and nothing was too much trouble for them. They came up with the perfect set of doors which compliment our build perfectly and we couldn’t be more happier! We are beyond pleased. They were both very attentive and were always at hand to answer any questions along the way and were always in communication with us throughout

I cannot say enough to recommend Brighter Choice. The level of support we received from Damon was superb and I cannot imagine receiving a comparable service elsewhere - it was certainly a first for us. Damon made time to talk us through our options for a no-commitment quote (which was reasonable), kept in regular contact throughout the process, helped us arrange installers when we ended up stuck with uncooperative builders, and followed the process through to the day our bifolds were installed. And we love our new bifolds.
