Chacewater Garden Centre

Very poor amount of stock today. They are preparing the store for the new stock. The lady at the checkout was delightful and very cheerful.

Wide range to choose from reasonably priced and I even managed to get my sage and lavender candles that I've been desperate for for a long time

The food was delicious and the roast as near to homemade as you could get. Pleased the offered small portion too. Friendly welcoming staff and quick service considering how busy it was.

Had lunch there today very tasty great range of plants bought shoes in Rackeys

It was very busy today, with customers and deliveries, staff clearly had a lot on but were still super friendly. And a great range of products.

Went into garden centre for weed killer saw what I wanted it had a price of £11.99 on the box and a price ticket on the display advertising it at £10.99. I searched for an assistant and asked what price is it, he said I dunno so I asked if he could find out he reluctantly did so when he came back all he said was where did you get it from? I showed him where and he just took the price off the shelf and walked off great customer service I will not be returning again

Very poor customer service. Charged wrong at the till for 3 items and was told they had priced things wrong and Human error. No apology and they clearly couldn’t care about customers. Always try to shop and support local, definitely won’t be back. Shop did refund all items but wouldn’t sell at marked price. Shelves and items both priced incorrectly.

Went for lunch in the cafe on Sunday, amazing staff especially Livvy who served us! Perfectly signed due to Covid! Would highly recommend.

Welcome and really knowledgeable staff. We came in looking for an anniversary gift and left with 3! Couldn't do enough to help you, we love our plants, thank you so much! 😊

I am currently on holiday in Cornwall and recently called into the garden centre to purchase a Weber portable barbecue.
I had a minor issue with the enamel coming off after I'd used it a couple of times.
I returned it to the Goonhavern centre where the store manager Ross dealt with it in a quick and efficient manner, nothing seemed too much trouble, and communication was first class.
Big thanks, and well done on a great customer service experience.

Placed an order last night and it was bought to my house this after. Lovely quality items and such decent prices. Also feels great to know you have purchased locally! Only downfall to ordering on line. I imagine the selection is smaller than in store. Great service. We will be ordering from them again when we need more bits!

Great garden centre lots of stuff to look at good Christmas decorations. Picked up three ornaments bargain £5 each and cool turtle door stop.

Lots of lovely plants and garden objects at reasonable prices it has its own car park so there is always somewhere to park.
