Services
Loft Conversions
Transform unused loft space into functional living areas while increasing property value. Our conversions maintain architectural continuity through matching materials and design. We handle planning permissions, structural calculations, and bespoke layouts tailored to property type, from Victorian semis to bungalows. Projects include dormer, velux, and mansard styles with options for en-suite bathrooms and integrated storage solutions.
House Extensions
Expand living space with single or double-storey extensions designed to complement existing structures. We specialise in side returns, conservatories, and cube extensions that maximise natural light. Our process includes architectural drawings, building regulation compliance, and project management from foundations to finishing touches. Extensions incorporate modern insulation standards and seamless integration with original property materials.
Garden Rooms
Create versatile garden spaces for home offices, gyms, or entertainment areas. Our insulated garden rooms comply with permitted development rules where possible, featuring custom windows, doors, and finishes. We offer micro homes, summer houses, and modular designs with optional planning support for properties in conservation areas or national parks.
Home Renovations
Comprehensive renovation services to modernise kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces. We deliver full property transformations while preserving structural integrity. Services include space reconfiguration, contemporary fittings installation, and period-appropriate restoration. Projects integrate energy-efficient solutions like underfloor heating and sustainable insulation materials for improved property functionality.
Garage Conversions
Repurpose existing garages into habitable rooms with full regulatory compliance. Our conversions include insulation, electrical upgrades, and bespoke layouts for bedrooms, playrooms, or home cinemas. We ensure proper ventilation, soundproofing, and seamless connection to main living areas while maintaining original property aesthetics.

AVOID this company. Paid 1k deposit for extension 2 years ago. Could not eventually carry out the works due to being overbooked. Agreed to compromise and pay back half the deposit, however we've been chasing for a year now and they are just blanking us. Not professional. Avoid!

Just had a loft conversion completed by Create Rooms. All round amazing job. From the pitch, to the friendly scaffolders and hard working builders we are incredibly happy with the job. On the commercial side Ben was great, answering all questions and completely flexible where needed. The builders, Andy and Jeff where brilliant, highly skilled, hard working, conscientious, keeping everywhere tidy at the end of each day and above all causing minimum disruption to our daily lives as possible. Really happy with the overall finish, we have a new bedroom and en-suite and newly tiled roof all in the space
