We design and implement new electrical systems for domestic and commercial properties, including kitchen upgrades, extensions, and full new-build installations. Our work complies with BS7671 regulations, incorporating surge protection and smart technology integration. Clients benefit from future-proof systems that enhance safety while optimising energy efficiency through modern circuit design.
Full Rewires
Specialising in complete electrical system overhauls for older properties, we replace outdated wiring with modern, safe installations. This includes updating consumer units, improving circuit capacity, and ensuring compliance with current safety standards. Homeowners gain improved electrical reliability, reduced fire risk, and increased property value through fully documented certification.
EV Charge Points
As OZEV-approved installers, we fit rapid and fast-charging units for residential and commercial properties. Our service includes site assessment, electrical system compatibility checks, and integration with renewable energy sources. Businesses benefit from staff and customer charging facilities that support sustainability goals while homeowners enjoy government grant-eligible installations.
EICR Testing
We conduct comprehensive Electrical Installation Condition Reports to identify deterioration, damage, or non-compliance in fixed wiring. Essential for landlords and commercial property owners, our inspections meet Landlord and Tenancy Act requirements, providing detailed remedial action plans with photographic evidence of critical faults.
Emergency Repairs
Our rapid response service addresses urgent electrical issues including power failures, flickering lights, and tripping circuits. Using thermal imaging and advanced diagnostic tools, we locate faults efficiently to minimise disruption. Domestic clients receive same-day call-out while commercial customers benefit from scheduled emergency maintenance contracts.
