Services

Crown Thinning

Crown thinning involves removing smaller branches to reduce canopy density, allowing more light penetration and improving tree structure. This service enhances tree health, reduces wind resistance, and maintains aesthetic appeal without altering the tree's overall shape. Ideal for properties seeking to preserve tree vitality while minimising maintenance risks.

Tree Removal

Sectional felling ensures complete tree removal with minimal damage to surrounding areas. Our team carefully lowers branches and timber, leaving stumps as close to ground level as possible. This service is essential for hazardous or diseased trees, providing safe and efficient solutions for both domestic gardens and commercial sites.

Stump Grinding

Stump grinding eliminates tree stumps using specialist machinery, reducing them to mulch. The process requires 26-inch clearance and typically grinds stumps 9 inches below ground level. This service restores garden aesthetics, prevents tripping hazards, and allows for replanting or landscaping, ensuring a clean, finished appearance.

Crown Lifting

Crown lifting removes lower branches to create clearance for pedestrians and vehicles, typically to 2.5m or 5.2m respectively. This service maintains tree health by avoiding large trunk wounds while enhancing access and light transmission beneath the canopy, ideal for urban and residential areas.

Hedge Trimming

Regular hedge trimming maintains neatness, promotes dense growth, and enhances boundary definition. Our team uses precision techniques to shape hedges according to client preferences, ensuring long-term health and visual appeal for both domestic gardens and commercial properties.

(Only) Five stars because 10 is not an option!
Jon and his team arrived as agreed, carried out everything as quoted, willingly left all chippings and logs on the day and left the site completely clear (so different to previous companies who had made promises but not delivered). Highly recommended!

Jon and his team have taken down a few trees in our garden over the past couple of years. They sort out the planning permission for us in advance, turn up on time, and take the trees down very efficiently. They also tidy up well when they're done. Can't ask for more than that.

Jon was really knowledgeable and courteous. The work was done very efficiently and the struggling trees are looking great now. We had two trees at the front of the house and a huge Russian vine taken out which was badly over grown. Would thoroughly recommend them.
