When I order what, for me, is a major purchase I like to receive personal service. In these days of ordering everything on line and very few staff employed in the larger, better known stores to give advice this type of service is rare so dealing with Julian was a breath of fresh air. Good guidance, a showroom with plenty of samples to choose from and friendly service from the moment I entered the shop to when the fitters came to fit the carpets in my bedroom and study. Recommended.

Julian was very patient and generous with his time and advice to help us to choose our carpet and laminate flooring. Throughout the choosing, ordering and fitting process Julian was warm, friendly, responsive, flexible and clear in his communication. Both products look brilliant, we are very happy with the end result and would definitely go back to Julian in the future.

I was pleased to see Julian Hurst Interiors survive the pandemic. I have used Julian's for flooring previously and, although I don't live locally now, the service was as good as I remember. It was worth travelling and I will use Julian Hurst Interiors again.
