Loft conversions

We specialise in transforming underutilised loft spaces into functional living areas. Our comprehensive service covers structural modifications, electrical and plumbing installations, and interior finishes. With over 20 years' experience, we deliver seamless conversions using both traditional methods and innovative TeleBeam technology, ensuring minimal disruption while maximising property value through expertly executed projects.

TeleBeam system

Our TeleBeam technology enables conversions of properties with trussed roofs built after 1960. This award-winning system uses telescopic beams to support roof loads without temporary propping, minimising headroom loss. The solution provides structural integrity while allowing complete floor space utilisation, making it ideal for modern home extensions.

Velux windows

We install custom Velux roof window systems to optimise natural light in converted spaces. Our experts design configurations that enhance spatial aesthetics while meeting building regulations. The installations include single, side-by-side, and stacked arrangements, with precise calculations to achieve optimal daylighting ratios for each unique space.

Staircase design

Our bespoke staircase solutions complement each project's architectural style. Craftsmen design and manufacture each staircase to match existing features or create custom designs. We ensure seamless integration with converted spaces while maintaining safety standards and aesthetic harmony with the property's overall design.

Project management

We provide complete project management from planning to completion. This includes liaison with local authorities, building inspectors, and utility providers. Our service covers structural engineering, electrical work (Corgi Reg No 105822), plumbing, and interior finishes, ensuring cohesive execution and regulatory compliance throughout the conversion process.

Worst company I've ever come across, definitely wouldn't recommend. They did a re-roof for us 7 years ago and had nothing but issues ever since, the roof has leaked a lot in various different places and has resulted in my attic being completely ruined due to the water ingress. I have spent nearly half the amount of money I paid to get the job done trying to get it repaired (spent 11k on the re-roof). They say they provide a 5 years guarantee but never show up when you call them to fix a leak. Managed to get them down once, 3 years after they completed the job, by lying and telling them I need

Don't go near. This is a phoenix company. Check with companies house. They have been trying to strike off the original limited company for years. These people lost a court case against us and never paid a penny. They owed us thousands. They had franchise companies all over the UK, all now dissolved. As dodgy as they come!
