Capital Chartered Surveyors and Valuers was established in 2009 by Robin Jones BSc MRICS and Fraser Maldoom Dip. VEM FRICS. Our Directors and Consultants are all Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers each with over 25 years surveying experience in a wide range of surveying disciplines. Our "core team" have worked together since 2003 or earlier, throughout London & The Home Counties, from offices in Central and South West London.

The lender's valuation is not a report on condition and is prepared for the benefit of the lender. Unlike Capital Chartered Surveyors, some firms do not offer the official RICS product so it's important to establish what you are buying before you instruct.

Probate valuation dates are often retrospective and can date back many years, so require skill and judgment to arrive at an accurate figure.
