We used Nick to help us create a plan to extend our house and make better use of our layout. He was very easy to communicate ideas with as we worked through design and structural options. Then we were really pleased with the inital drawings he sent through; they showed how he had taken our ideas and needs into consideration and turned that into a really impressive living space. This was followed by easy discussions and tweaks being made with Nick's guidance to arrive at our final plans. Everything was very easy and professional ensuring we had all the paper work in place when we needed it to help

Nick helped with my extension and planning of my existing downstairs living area and master bedroom ensuite and I must be honest I am so pleased with his design and work. The project looks amazing and demonstrate that Nick put a lot of thought into it. His communication, professionalism and transparency is the best I have ever encountered. This is my second renovation project and my first experience with Nick have made it so easy and I wish I had known him for my first project.

Ours was not a particularly glamourous project; essentially the internal reinsulation of a 1950s community hall. Nick worked closely with us from the outset and displayed real empathy with what we were trying to do and the limited resources that we had available. He really brought the project to life by incorporating many simple but effective design features which transformed the internal look and feel of the building as well as delivering the all-important energy saving measures that we were seeking. All I can say is Nick was very professional and made a very complex specialist new build very easy, He kept us to date with any issues and provided detailed information when required in a simple way for a layman to understand, His dealings with the planning departments and liaising with the builder was first class. We asked Nick to help us design an extension for our home in Bury St Edmunds. The extension included a new downstairs kitchen/living area, as well as a new second story bedroom. Nick took all of our ideas on board and designed a visually stunning and usable space. Nick took the lead throughout our planning process and was reactive to any changes requested by the planning department/neighbours.
