Jack and Josh arrived when they said they would nd did an absolutely fantastic job, we are very pleased with the new windows. I wouldnt use anyone but Abbey Windows for windows and doors.

I recently had an orangery built by Abbey Windows, and I couldnt be happier with the result. The finished product is stunning and has transformed my home. The builders were clean and tidy throughout the project, which I really appreciated. The project was completed on time, and any concerns I had were swiftly addressed by Garry, who was incredibly responsive and professional. Really happy with the product and the fitting service from Shane was excellent! Very friendly, respectful and tidy. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is due to the lack of communication and clarity from head office. I had to call and chase a few times to arrange dates and times, therefore, feel as though there could have been a more proactive approach to confirming the fitting service. Still a very happy customer!

From the sales team, admin teams and the fitters Dan and Stacy we couldn't have asked for a better experience. They made the whole process easy and fitted in a record time. The original completion date should have been in May, however 8 weeks after 1st receiving the quote our new Windows and a set of French Doors have been installed. Very happy customer
