Mike and his team at UYS were excellent. The quote was detailed and clear and communication through a bespoke whats app group was really easy and quick. When we ran into some unavoidable problems with ground works, Mike quickly came up with a clearly costed solution. His team are polite conscientious and personable. The work was of good quality and we are very satisfied with our new extension.

Mike, Chris and the team have been fantastic throughout our downstairs renovation project. The team are hard working, professional and friendly, going the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the work and it is finished to a high standard. Mike was genuine and easy going from the first meet, gave us great confidence that the team would take great care with the work which they did. Would have no hesitations in recommending them or working with them again. Thank you Use Your Space team.

Kitchen and first floor extension - I had not had any major house work done before so this was all new to me. Mike and his team put me at ease from day one and were always on hand to answer my questions and give me advice. It was a really difficult project due to the house having no side or rear access so all materials had to be carried through the house, however the team worked tirelessly through extremes of weather and of course the pandemic - showing true professionalism at all times. Communication was great and Mike was so helpful in offering guidance. The team have done a great job, Im

We hired Use Your Space to do attic conversion
This was quite a big job including fitting new steels, dormer roof, new bathroom, reconfiguring first floor to fit new staircase.
Mike and all his team carried out the job to a very high standard and did so in a very professional manner. They were also always patient and accommodating to last minute requests which had not been anticipated for which I am very thankful. I am very glad we chose Use Your Space and would happily recommend them.
Looking forward to getting them back for next project!
