I came across John's business in an internet search when I was looking for a York-based professional to draw up the plans for our new kitchen extension, and I couldn't have found anyone better. John provided an excellent service: he listened to our ideas and translated them into the perfect design, gave us important planning advice, submitted the planning application and building control documents on our behalf, and was on hand to answer questions and queries whenever we had them. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to begin a home building project.

John has been a pleasure to work with. I own a construction company and as such come in to contact with many architects but have found john to be the most professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with architect that I have come across. So much so that we recently used him for our own home project. He worked wonders with not only incorporating everything we wanted within the build, but also in working along side the council to see that our plans were carried through without issue.
