The finished product is good, but they delivered a damaged unit and have failed to turn up twice when they promised to deliver and fit the new unit.

We had our bathroom installed 2 years ago by Discount Bathrooms, Preston. We were really impressed with the personal service and professionalism at the time, but the real difference is the after care and follow-up we have received. This is a rarity these days, but they have excelled at this. Would have no hesitation in recommending them for planning, supplying and installing a bathroom.

Wish we had never stepped into the shop and kept with Insignia who have sorted Discount Bathrooms mess out. They are not cheap and their products are second rate. Keep clear you have been warned

had local plumbers in there quotes around the same if not more expensive

fitters very clean tidy and trustworthy people
very small mark in bath discovered after but all sorted and dealt with very quickly and profesionaly re aftercare team
have looked at other local firms i would recommend this firm to anyone out there searching for a good quality job at a competitive price .

We're very happy with our bathroom from Discount Bathrooms. Gus, our fitter, was really friendly and very conscientious, including being very tidy and leaving the house in as clean and orderly a state as possible each night.
