Great product and great sales/after sales support team to deal with. Very pleased with the quality of the decking boards and how easy it is to install them. Purchased the Home Choice Premier range in ‘Anthracite’ and it looks great. Would definitely recommend this company.

Disgusting customer service. After waiting nearly 2 months for some decking trim and extra clips I called to see where my order was. It had apparently been ‘missed’ in the system, which they then gave me a new delivery date for yesterday. I took the whole day off work and waited, called a few times and I’d been told they’d ‘definitely’ be here.… They’re still not here, I’ve lost out on money and paid over £50 for delivery! I want this fee back and I’m leaving this review as no one is answering their phones. Do not order from this

Excellent service on ordering and delivery. I was able to check what I needed over the phone and adjust my order to suit. The delivery was well organised and the driver showed me the product items individually to check all was correct. The finished deck looks amazing - really pleased with it.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Still awaiting trims from an order in May, after twice been promised dates. I would NEVER use ultra decking again and would advise anyone against them. By far the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my personal and working life. -10/10 for me! After the below review, Jenny from customer services… contacted me. Couldn’t fault Jenny, persuaded me to place another order for another decked area, with free delivery and some money off for the inconvenience of the last order. Brilliant from Jenny.
