What aluminium profiles do you use?
We use Smart Systems profiles including Visofold 1000 for bifolds, Visoglide Plus for patio doors, Alitherm 600 for windows, and Shopline for shop fronts.
What lead times should I expect?
Aluminium bifolds take 2-3 weeks, windows and patio doors 3-4 weeks, curtain walling 5-6 weeks, and dual colour/arched frames 6 weeks.
Do you offer colour customisation?
Yes, we provide in-house powder coating for RAL-coloured aluminium frames at competitive lead times.
What technical support do you provide?

The windows for our extension were supplied from this place. The bathroom window came with a dirty handprint on the inside of the glass, which can't be cleaned off and shows up clearly on the frosted finish when the sun shines on it (see photo - which currently has 40,000 views by the way). TWR refused to talk to me as I wasn't the builder who bought the window (the builder has since gone bust), and said that it was impossible for a hand print to be inside the glass - even though it's clearly photographed. So now I'm stuck with this... Appalling they should be ashamed of themselves.

Have purchased several sealed units from this company over the last few years without issue, although their delivery cost was a scandal. Now they say they won't supply a single unit and I must consult a glazier (if I can find one) who will charge more than twice the price. A small local company who have become to big for their boots.

AVOID - colours are nowhere near on some items. No advice or warning. Also, shocking after sales care from Dawn. Over-promises and under-delivers.
