Absolutely outstanding customer service! I had spent three weeks on the hunt for a tile which I knew exactly what I wanted yet no tile shop seemed to have. I was welcomed by Matthew when I walked into On the Tiles and after explaining what was in my head he said 'follow me' and took me directly to the perfect tile !! Cannot recommend enough - professional, friendly and knew his stuff. Will definitely have as my first stop next time I need tiles! Thank you so so much - highly recommend!

Matt was extremely helpful when my partner Jade attended the show room to buy some tiles for our bathroom. They are fantastic tiles and Matt really hit the nail on the head when it came to finding the style that we were after. Can't wait to get them fitted now and see the end results. Can't recommend these guys enough
