I've just had a bathroom replacement done by Jamie and Co and could not be happier . It is all that I hoped for and more, and Jamie's work and professionalism were superb. I was quite happy to escape the house for a few days and leave him to carry on unhindered; he updated me daily and finished within the timescale indicated leaving a tidy house behind him when he left. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Thank you Jamie !

Absolutely disgraceful management of a business. We waited 6 months for an ensuite to be installed. No communication from the owner only to be told , after constant chasing 1 month prior to install that they had 'assumed' we weren't going ahead! and they are too busy to put another date in. Don't bother with these guys. I hope they can afford to act in this manner post pandemic when business might not be so abundant.

Jamie at Bathroom design has just finished renovating my old bathroom and separate toilet and I am so happy with the results. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing and Jamie made sure we had minimal disruption to my busy household. We had to wait a few months because they are so busy but this was explained and its no surprise they are so busy as the workmanship and professionalism are second to none. Id definitely recommend them.

We have just had our ensuite bathroom completely refurbished by Jamie at bathroom designs. The whole process was straightforward and stress free. Everything from the bathroom fittings, wall tiling and flooring has been finished to a high quality and we are delighted with the results.

This company did a wonderful job of installing our bathroom five years ago. But I would also like to praise their after sales quality. I needed a replacement cartridge/washer for a tap and upon phoning the company they were able within an hour to "dig out" the paperwork relating to the original bathroom fitting and provide me with details of where they had sourced the taps from. This has therefore made life so much easier for me in getting the correct replacement part. Top notch service!
