Covid restrictions are in place. The showroom is presently by appointment only, but should re-open when restrictions are lifted. Parts and trade counter access via Potters Lane. Very helpful staff.

Jerry helped me re-plumb a cistern to get maximum flush. He suggested I take the cistern down there. He then ordered and trial fitted the parts in the cistern. Worked like a chalm; excellent customer service!

I've used them a few times and each time I found them to be knowledgeable helpful and cooperative with my lack of plumbing knowledge and their obvious high level plumbing knowledge. Prices have been better than I found elsewhere and I bought a set of taps for the bathroom that are really nice quality and were not phenomenally expensive. Certainly they were much nicer than you find in some of the chain stores. I'd recommend.

Went here today to get my grandad a new comfort height toilet. The staff couldnt have been more helpful. They were brilliant and made us feel completely at ease even though we had no idea what we were doing. Thank you so much for all your help and advice! Genuinely will never go anywhere else again.

The bathroom design service was superb - Carol advised us and was incredibly knowledgeable and ensured we considered alternate designs and products, usually cheaper ones. The recommended plumber was also excellent and we now have wonderful bathrooms (we went back for 2 further bathrooms after being so impressed with the first).
